Hello from the Big Four Ice Caves, Washington. We have followed a snowy trail, lazily winding through the tall pines and traversing over a rushing river, to arrive at our destination. The air is cold and the ice is hard as stone, but our hearts are filled with warmth by the beauty that closes in around us. Terribly magnificent and tremendously blue, the caves of ice lie quietly at the base of the mountain as we explore its wondrous halls and cool depths.
